The Tom Collins cocktail is a refreshingly simple drink that's been around since the mid 1800s. It's essentially a gin sour topped with soda.

Ingredients:

Serve in a Collins glass

  • 2 shots gin
  • 3/4 shot fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 shot simple syrup
  • Top with soda

Garnish1 lemon wedge & 1 cherry

How to Make

  1. Add the ingredients to a Boston shaker.
  2. Shake & strain into an ice-filled collins glass.
  3. Top with soda.
  4. Add the garnishes.
